The Supreme Court just ruled against President Trump’s executive order on birthright citizenship, and yes, conservatives are frustrated. But before everybody crashes out, let’s actually understand what happened.
This ruling is not the total loss many conservatives think it is, and it is not the massive victory lap the left thinks it is either.
The Court said Trump cannot redefine citizenship with the stroke of a pen. That means this fight now moves to Congress, where it should have been handled in the first place.
In this episode, I break down the ruling, the 14th Amendment argument, why the left is celebrating too soon, why Clarence Thomas deserves to be understood before being smeared, and why America’s birthright cannot be handed over to anyone who simply crosses the border and drops a baby on U.S. soil.
