A clip from my show Unshakable with April went viral after I gave a VERY unfiltered opinion about DEI, corporate culture, and the challenges surrounding Black women in the workplace.

Apparently Jason Whitlock saw it. 😂 Next thing I knew, I was joining Jason and Shameka Michelle on the Harmony Channel for a conversation that went WAY beyond DEI.

We talked about workplace culture, feminism, accountability, marriage, biblical headship, Kevin Samuels, the Black family, white guilt—and why so many conversations that people have privately suddenly become controversial when somebody has enough nerve to say them publicly.

And yes… apparently Shameka and I also accidentally coordinated outfits. 😂

The question isn't whether everybody will agree with me.

The question is whether we're still allowed to have an honest conversation about patterns, culture and accountability without immediately retreating behind accusations of racism and sexism.
