Druski’s BET Awards church skit had a lot of Christians upset — but I’m going to be honest: I’m not offended.
Why? Because Druski wasn’t mocking the true church of the Lord Jesus Christ. He was mocking the visible circus of churchianity — the money lines, celebrity worship, fake prosperity preaching, emotional manipulation, and pulpit pimps who have been making a mockery of the church long before BET ever gave Druski a stage.
In this episode, I break down why the skit landed, what it exposed, and why Bible-believing Christians should be more burdened than offended. The New Testament church does not look like this. Biblical giving is not manipulation. Pastors are not supposed to be greedy for gain. And the people of God should not be fleeced in the name of “sowing a seed.”
If the Lord can use a donkey, He can use a Druski skit too.
