As someone who has been vocal about the need for Christian unity and theological examination, my words may have been misunderstood or misinterpreted. I want to clarify my position and share my genuine concerns about the racial divides that exist within the Church. To be clear, I do NOT believe that Black Liberation theology or the prosperity movement have any valuable insights to offer and they are part and parcel of why there is so much widespread apostasy that has crept into the Black Church. today We must have honest dialogue and confront the tough issues, even if that means discussing what is uncomfortable.
