Black pastors marched on the Democratic National Committee demanding “substance over symbolism.” At first, I thought: FINALLY. Then I heard their list of demands. Federal jobs. Universal health care. Government-funded child care. Free college. More government programs. So I have one question: How exactly is demanding MORE of the same political philosophy an act of opposition?
